UMC Primary Clinic         

University Medical Center’s primary care clinic. Must call to schedule an appointment. 

Crescent Care

Clinic with primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental, preventative services, HIV services, transgender health, women’s health, hepatitis C services, legal, insurance enrollment. Offers services to uninsured, under-insured, Medicaid, and private insurance.

St. Thomas Community Health Center

Adult and pediatric primary medical care including OB/GYN, STI and HIV testing, optometry, diabetic clinic, lab services, mental & behavioral health, and referrals.

DePaul Community Health Centers

Adult, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric primary care services including immunizations, physicals, podiatry, mental health, PAP smears, prenatal care, pharmacy, optometry, and STI and HIV testing; Dental program. The following locations provide adult care.

New Orleans East Louisiana Community Health Center (NOELA) 

Adult primary health care services, including women’s health (OB/GYN), mental health, social services, diabetes classes, pharmacy assistance. Call for after hours services. 

Health Care for the Homeless Program 

Comprehensive program offering primary medical care, dental care, pharmacy. Also at Community Resource Referral Center, 7530 Gravier St.

Luke’s House        

Provides medical healthcare, immunizations, prescription assistance, women’s clinic, and vision clinic.  Spanish language services.

New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic

(part of LSU Healthcare Network) 

Professional musicians, and their families living in the greater metro New Orleans area are eligible for the following medical services: health assessments, primary care, including OB/GYN, mental health, and social services information and referrals.

Rebuild Center        

Catholic center with medical clinic (T,W,F 10a-1p) and psychiatry services (T,F 10a-12p). Also provides lunch, showers, toiletries, restrooms, haircuts, mail, phone room, computer access, financial assistance, groceries, fresh food bank, and legal services.

New Orleans Mission        

Nonprofit Christian humanitarian organization that provides food, clothing, shelter, medical care, and basic necessities. Provides shelter, meals, showers, clothing, GED classes, resume building, substance abuse recovery program, domestic abuse recovery and re-engagement.

Ozanam Inn        

Nonprofit, direct service agency serving homeless and needy of New Orleans. Services include food, shelter (men only), vouchers for women/children to stay at nearby shelters, clothing, showers, counseling, substance abuse, medical screening, TB/Hepatitis C/HIV testing, dental, eye exams, medicaid enrollment, prescriptions, employment skills, spiritual services, legal aid, housing programs.

Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority        

Provides family medicine services (pediatrics and adults), behavioral health services, and developmental disability services.
